Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to freecanvas.app, games.freecanvas.app, and mobile or web applications published by Full Bit Systems Ltd (trading as FreeCanvas / FreeCanvasApp). Separate enterprise agreements apply where your organisation subscribes to dedicated B2B SaaS services such as NexField.

1. License & Permitted Use

Full Bit Systems Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our websites, mobile apps, and games for lawful personal or authorised business use in accordance with these Terms.

2. Fair Play & Acceptable Conduct

• Do not attempt to disrupt servers, abuse APIs or multiplayer services, submit offensive leaderboard callsigns, or reverse-engineer protected software components.
• We reserve the right to moderate or remove automated or abusive leaderboard entries to maintain fair competition.

3. Intellectual Property

All software code, 3D assets, visual designs, artwork, audio, trademarks, and interfaces published under FreeCanvas, NexField, and TokQueue remain the intellectual property of Full Bit Systems Ltd and its licensors.

4. Disclaimer & Governing Law

Consumer websites, apps, and games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Full Bit Systems Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
